Our hours are: Monday-Thursday 10:00 AM-12 Noon and 1:00 PM-4:00 PM
You must call 24 hours in advance to schedule your visit to our Food Pantry.
Calls to schedule pickups and place orders for the next day MUST be received BEFORE 3:00PM!
Pickups are scheduled between 10:00-11:45AM and 1:30-3:45PM every 15 minutes.

YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW FIRST before you can have access to our food pantry and other services. Please note that you need to be a resident of Port Washington. If you live in the Manorhaven section of Port Washington, please call Our Lady of Fatima Church for help with food and other needs. If you live outside of Port Washington, please call your local Catholic parish. To find a local parish near you, click here.

If you do not use email, call in your order at 516-883-0365.
The Food Selection Sheet is in fillable format, so you may use your device to complete it.
Remember: If you are a new client, you must be interviewed first before anything else can happen.
*If you are ill, elderly, or are homebound, please call us to see how we can help by way of food delivery or any other urgent needs.
Please note: When you call our phone number and the voicemail picks up, please leave a message and your call will be returned within 48 hours. Also, please keep in mind that we are closed Friday through Sunday, so messages left after 4:00 p.m. on Thursdays will not be returned until the following Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and fully appreciate your patience and understanding.
